In Charlotte there is a trial going on about this guy that was racing against another guy, his license was suspended, he was going 90 mph, drunk, and he broadsided a car that pulled out in front of him, killing the 3 occupants. The prosecution is saying he is guilty of manslaughter because he was breaking the law in several instances. Speeding, DUI, no license, wreckless driving, racing, etc. The defense is saying it was the womans fault because she pulled out in front of him (she is dead).
I'm reluctant to give my opinion here on this forum but gee whiz. I am definatelty NOT a fan of the defenses argument. I mean come ONNNN. I certainly hope the jury has a brain.
