Exploring (and add rattle snakes)

Yesterday, the daughter and Handsome Stranger just kind of explored around the place here. I stayed inside due to very wet hair from the snow. I felt to let them go, do as they wanted and they explored around here. They didn't need me out there, but just talked and looked around. My shop was of interest, so they spent time out there looking at all the tools and what and checked out those large glass cases of the stuff that has been there for many years. I have no clue as to what all is out there. In one bottom cupboard, they ran into some packed boxes. Interesting.

Packed in those boxes was hand painted delicate china done with real gold, and said on the bottom of the china "Made in Occupied Japan"...it's pretty okay. Been there for years and years. I just never needed it...left it packed. That from a mansion in Arizona many many years ago at an estate sale. I know it's value must be way up there. I just kept it packed. They said they found a gun in one of the cupboards. I donno what that one is. It is still out there...unidentified. Just like walking back in time for them..a place to explore.

They found the Hideout fun...it's cold out there. Hopalong Cassidy and horse guard the door..is 6 feet tall. Then they were out in the motor home. Found a leak. Daughter said she would fix the leak. I had not known about that.

Anyway, they just found stuff they liked to look at. I didn't have to entertain anybody. I sat in here where it's warm and drank coffee and watched 'How It's Made' on tv.

I think that I am in a 'holding pattern'. Nothing going on, and just taking a day at a time. No plans. No troubles, and it's just dull and easy. At this time, I have no real focus...just letting things be. I think these are the 'good' times.
