I recently bought a banjo from a BHO member. I paid full asking price.
It arrived with a cracked rim( thin minstrel style oak rim). It was poorly packed and that is probably why it cracked in shipping.
Should I be responsible for return shipping charges? I don't think so.
Who should be responsible for this? Seller refused to reimburse.
Should I publicize the member's name?
Member will not return emails.
Looking for opinions.
