My wife gives me stares when I put it on a Chinese dish because I use about a tablespoon of it. And then when I reheat the leftovers the next day, I douse it again. I don't care about how bad it is for me. I don't care about the MSG. And I don't care about how easily one can become addicted to it (obviously this is what has happened ). All I know is I like it and once a month I say I can do what I want. That's my story and I'm stickin to it.
