On the way into the next town, I saw this sign in huge letters. It was right in front of the restaurant in a place of importance:
NO MSG
I thought about that. Went in there to have lunch. Looked at the same sign inside. They must be proud of that 'No MSG'.
Curious. I turned to the 2 women there waiting to go in and asked what they thought was important about 'No MSG'.
They looked at each other...and together said...."We don't know, but they don't have any of that stuff."
I continued. "Do you know what it is?"
"No" they said, "but it's best not to have it."
I sort of smiled at that.
The food was good. "No MSG" involved.
