I apparently have too much faith in humanity and am too trusting. We often have items delivered by UPS from amazon. We both work so there is a good chance that we won't be there when a package is delivered. My next door neighbor in PA just sent me an email that he caught two teenagers trying to steal a box off of our porch. He stopped them and I am thankful he was there and that I have such great neighbors. If they had been successful, they would have walked off with "Masters of the Five String Banjo."
At least this was only a book. I had my Les Paul delivered by UPS years ago and they left it on my porch also (in NY)
Has anyone had a package from UPS stolen while it was left in front of your house? I wonder what the recourse would be if any besides filing a police report. Hopefully this is an uncommon event.
