Hey Y'all!
I haven't posted too much on here lately, but I got a great album, released not long ago, that I wanted to throw out there to everyone by The Iron Leg Boys:

Of all the albums I have this one hasn't left the cd player in my car for about a year and a half. I was able to get a copy of the master from Ben right after they recorded it. I listen to it almost every day and I'm still actively listening to it. This is one of the few albums out today that I believe not only has a great old time sound, but also has a very true sound. These are three great musicians who interact (musically) in way that I just don't hear with other groups.
Ben Townsend fom Hampshire County, WV is on Banjo. Ben also plays with The Fox Hunt and Old Sledge
Andy FItzgibbon of Elkins, WV is on fiddle. Andy does some wicked repair work at Smakula Fretted Instruments
Matt Metz of Harper's Ferry, WV is on guitar. Matt also plays with The Fox Hunt
The pieces on this album are tunes that have come down from Melvin Wine, Senate Cottrell, Lester McCumbers, Ernie Carpenter, Lee Tripplett, and other great WV musicians.
$10 bucks + $3 shipping gets you the hard copy and digital download. You can't go wrong with this one
Have a great one!
