There's a Beijing-based folk group called Shanren (means "Mountain Men") who traveled around the Chinese boonies last year listening to, filming and playing music. Turns out, some terrifying percentage of local folk tunes had to do with drinking moonshine. Sound familiar?
This one is called Drinking Song, and the main chorus they keep singing means "you have to drink whether you want to or not." If you look closely, you can spot a banjo. Also, about halfway through, I think that's Lester singing "chickens come a running and the toenails a-flying, yes sir!"
(Kidding, kidding).
