I just finished off a jar of amazingly outstanding homemade garlic pickles made by my step brother, Pastor Rick Oberle of Bem, MO.
I ate 3/4 of the jar of the pickles the first time I tried them...
Rick sells them at a Farmer's Market out near where he lives in central Missouri...
At any rate, I save pickle and pepperoncini juice and 're-cycle' it as Italian-style mock-vinagrette dressing...
It's got all the right ingredients... vinegar, spices, salt, garlic cloves... yeeeeoww!
So... I just made a mid night trip to the refrigerator and found some leftover salad fixin's from this evening...
Poured Rick's homemade pickle juice over that and woooo-hoooo! good stuff!
I even ate the 2 garlic cloves that were at the bottom...
There'll be no vampire's or werewolves around me tonight!
