RKR35 upgrades?

So the RKR35 banjo has been available for a while now and it gets great reviews.  In fact, the comments and reviews on this site are exactly why I bought it for my son.  My question for those of you that own one or have played one is what upgrades would you make.  Given that it is a relatively inexpensive banjo there must be some tradeoffs on components to keep the price where it is.  So what do you think?

Tuners?  And if so would you replace the 5^th string tuners as well.  What make and model would you use?

Tailpiece?

Bridge?

Head?

Anything else (besides strings)?
