I never could see why most of the newer movies are in CinemaScope.
Why would one want to watch a movie on a strip in the middle of the screen when you can watch full screen?
I remember when I first saw it on a movie screen with a lot of riders on horses on a battlefield, it was cool made the field look bigger, but it seems like they went to extremes with it. I know most movies today, online anyway, I can watch either way but just wondered what drawled folks to it?
Probably just me.
I would however like to see IMax if it's what I think it is, REAL large projected on the side of a building or something, that sounds cool.
