I'm selling my Winsdor Premier Model 3, its in playing condition but could do with a few things and very good condition seeing as it is over 110 years old.
From my novice perspective, it needs a new vellum ( the old remo one has been patched up with some stickers - but still plays) a couple of the inlays need repairing ( two only) and the 5th friction peg has been replaced at some stage with a cheap plastic one.
All the other original pegs are in order, there are no obvious cracks in the wood work, the model number is still on the truss rod. It appears that this banjo also has a pre-war presto tail peice but as I said, I am a novice. The most spectacular thing about this winsdor is the resonator which is pretty special and reallly does make this stand out from standard Winsdor Premiers.
Please ask any questions etc and I will do my best to answer them. The only thing not included is the strap in the photo's. It will come with a soft padded case.
I am willing to post nationally or internationally, at buyers cost and after funds have cleared. I can take more detailed pictures for anyone that is seriously interested, pm or email me. Item location is in Devon, U.K
Price is £700 GBP.
Thank You
Jason
