Our friend Vicky lives in Polk City, a small town about 20 miles south of us. They had a big city wide yard sale today and Deb decided we would go down there and sell some our stuff. She's been gathering up stuff for a few days. I had a couple of old electric string trimmers. So we get down there and get our tables set up and people were already coming in. Deb had a bunch of books she was selling. I overheard a lady say to her friend, "Oh look, it's one of the newer John Grisham books and a hard back." Debbie sold my copy of John Grisham's "The Confession." I bought it about a year ago with intentions to get around to reading it. She read it right off the bat, she reads a lot more than I do and I've been reading Gods and Generals, The Killer Angels and a lot of Civil War stuff. Anyway she sold my book for a dollar. I think I spent nearly 20 for it. I just love yard sales. Darn it man!
