Need help to identify vintage banjo hook

Hi, folks. 

I bought some vintage banjo hooks from ebay. The seller said the hooks were from luthier Jon Lundberg. 

One of the hooks is a gold flat hook. It looks a little like these hooks on ebay.

So, could you help to identify it?

The hook is 6cm. I attached some pictures.
