One of the great old hymns!
I grew up in the baptist church and can remember singing this every sunday (about 8 times). I play it through 3 times here with clawhammer banjo and my larrivee parlor guitar.
I've always loved the melody to this song and have had a fun time sitting down playing it for the past few days to relax at the end of the day.
