I have been wondering lately why the cost of a house, car, motorcycle is 'negotiable'...
It costs ex-number of dollars to produce a house, it took so many man hours, the materials cost a defined amount...
Why then is the price negotiable?
The cost may not have been negotiable...
The wages weren't negotiable...
I believe the same is true of a car, boat, trailer, motor home, etc...
Yet the prices are 'negotiable'...
Paychecks are not negotiable...
Any helpful explanation is appreciated...
