You are invited to the monthly old-time jam on April 18 from 6:30 to 8:00 at Steilberg String Instruments in Louisville. This is an intermediate jam where tunes are played at 90-100 beats per minute to give new players a chance to learn new tunes and experienced players an opportunity to polish their playing. I send out music and tab each month for a new tune. In April we'll be adding two Bonaparte tunes to the list: "Bonaparte Crossing the Rhine" and "Bonaparte's Retreat." All acoustic instruments are welcome. We have been meeting for 3 years and are grateful to Jim Steilberg for the jam space and welcome that he provides.
