Deb had high definition Lasik surgery last Thursday. This is her with Dr. Angela Dempsey moments after the surgery. I was watching the whole thing through a window. It was pretty cool. A laser cuts a thin flap on your cornea. Then the doctor folds that flap out of the way and another laser reshapes your lense to correct your vision. Then the doc puts the little flap back down and you go home. No knives, no blades, no sutures. The whole thing took less thatn 15 minutes. Debbie is seeing clearly this morning. She has 20/20 vision without glasses or contacts for the fist time in her life.
