What facts aren't disputable? I think these are true.
Zimmerman, a Hispanic man saw someone who thought seemed to be acting suspiciously.
He parked his car and followed that person while calling the police non-emergency number.
Zimmerman, a CCW holder was armed. No one knows what happened with that gun up and until it shot Martin
The civilian at the non-emergency phone asked Zimmerman what the guy was wearing and other characteristics.
At one point the guy whio we now know was Martin, a black teenager, was watching Zimmerman and started to approach him before turning back.
He asked if Zimmerman was following and Zimmerman said he was
The operator said they didn't need him to do that. This is not an order and the employee hasn't the power to make such an order.
We don't know what Zimmerman did then. We don't know if he continued on or as he says turned to go back to his truck. We don't know if a confrontation occurred other than the final one.
Someone attacked somebody.
Witnesses have said that Martin was on top of Zimmerman flailing away. This matches Zimmerman's account.
Witnesses have said Zimmerman was screaming for help. This to matches Zimmerman's account.
There is physical evidence that this is so. Bloody face, bloody back of head, grass stains on back.
We don't know what physical evidence Martin's remains demonstrated if any.
Zimmerman fatally shot Martin claiming self defense. We have virtually no evidence of what transpired during this fight other than the above.
People called 911 and cops came.They secured the scene, interviewed witnesses and took Zimmerman to the station.
Zimmerman was interviewed at the station. Other cops continued to investigate, apparently for days if not longer based on their press releases of the time.
The prosecutor reviewed evidence and determined that there was no probable cause to arrest Zimmerman, a legal requirement in every single jurisdiction in the country. .
