"Wine Bucks" are coupon points that can build up and win you a gift card.
"A Customer who purchased TWO bottles of wine was more than upset when only ONE of the bottles offered “Wine Bucks”. The Customer also mentioned he had made a wine purchase a few days ago of over $100 and did not get near that amount of Wine Bucks. I offered to him some spare wine bucks we had on hand or to “notarize” his receipt but that was NOT acceptable. I was told in an irritatingly repetitive dialogue that I was to “Inform HyVee Management” that “Every Bottle of Wine Needs to Offer Wine Bucks!” As per Customer Request; I am notifying HyVee of inconsistency of Wine Buck distribution in a public forum to avoid customer pre-accusations of unresponsiveness on my part. "
The Store Director was "Very Disapointed" that I would create such a "Negative" post that my services were no longer needed.

I was fulfilling a request from quite an irritated customer that really stressed me out to satisfy his frustrations and I ended up getting terminated because the store does not like negativity.
I am a bit bummed for getting terminated but my level of stress is much less severe and I will never be going back to that store for anything.
