Help again....any trick to don't loose into rolls??

Hello again, first of all excuse me for asking so much here.....but is my first week... I've noticed that in rolls like 325142513251.....i get lost very easily and also on easier rolls when i play a note (or try..) i get lost due to the different sound...any trick or idea to avoid this?? thanks a lot!! i read every day the forum, an i am learning many things here, even i received private help from others members, is fantastic to find this in my banjo project, i never think it will be like that.
