There is a problem with editing Photo Titles. Here is the problem:
When you upload a new photo, the Photo Title field lets you put in quite a few more characters than when you try to edit a photo.
The field length for "Photo Title" is set too small for the edit form. It does not agree with the field length for the add new photo form, where it is considerably longer.
