My computer chair is an old fashion kitchen chair. Has rungs going straight up from the back. Has little round carvings on the rungs.
My back has been a little sore from just laying. Bother.
I sat here, pushed against the back some, wiggled.
Sounded like popcorn popping....AH...MY BACK!!!
Moved. What do you know? Rubbing back against these upright rungs pushed the vertebre into better shape! They snapped, cracked and moved.
Back quit bothering me instantly. How about that?
I know. I know...sounds weird, but what the heck? It cleared up my sore back instantly.
Do I advise it for everybody? Heck NO. Do so at your own risk. You gotta have those old fashioned rungs too..going from seat to top of back.
