The fever and chills broke during the night, and it is a new day. I am now on the mend. Will avoid people as not to share this bug. It is a really nasty thing. I wish this on nobody.
The daughter has sort of dropped the Handsome Stranger. He's a bit too too perfect to suit her. The problem lies in the fact that he *expects* others to be as perfect as he is...and that does not set well. Very few homes can undergo a *white glove* test in every area. He does become upset if others do not live up to his standards. Guess she told him what he could do with *his standards*, cause .....just cause. He is beside himself as women generally fall over him big time. Even his vehicles Must be showroom perfect at all times. I know that I cannot and would not ever meet those standards he sets, and neither can she. So much for being PERFECT!!!
Not yet up to doing much, but at least feeling better now that the fever is gone. The rest will take a few days of healing, but heal it will. I think chicken soup is now in order.
I made cinnamon toast this morning. I forgot how good that is. Simple treat.
Next on my agenda...take him to hospital and then go do the taxes.
The couch and blanket still has my interest. It's 27degrees on my porch this morning. Snow for tonight, the weatherman says. No problem. Just winter.
