Are there any members out there that own the newer Deering Deluxe 5 string banjo model? (the one with the colored inlays and gloss finish) Visually, I think it's a handsome banjo. But I would like your opinions about the sound and "playablity" of this model. I haven't been able to locate one near to me so I would like to get a feel of what others like or dislike about it before investing in a long journey to try one for myself. Thanks for any comments.
